Any picture of Cell should absolutely bleed pretension and milady achievement unlocked. There is something almost aristocratic about his face and the expression is so absolutely haughty that you get a real feel for what sort of creature he is. Can feel the smug at a hundred paces. Very, very nicely done.

I tried to make him look condescending, or smug, glancing off to the side or turning to look over as though someone amused him. I tried making his face look like a mix of masculine and feminine since I would think he'd be androgynous, though aristocratic is another thing I wanted too. Really happy with how he's stupid spots turned out because it is a bitch to do.
